Hey thanks for the info. I will look for the enzymes with that betaine hydrochoride in them as I found them very beneficial. As for my diet, I will eventually add more foods that dont raise blood Sugar like brown rice, but I am hesitant. I feel great since I went low-carb, but of course I miss the rice. I will add brown rice and beans and see if my odor comes back.
