I question whether I should do a liver flush.. I have low bile flow and very poor absorption of foods and supplements, I also have allergies to numerous foods,veggies, and supplements. On top of that I have hypoglycemia and candida which limits my food choices even more. All these issues make it very hard to alkalize, so I often wonder if I flushed and it relieved even one aspect of health I might be able to bulid up alkaline stores. It all a catch 22. Right now Im alkalizing, havent done even any cleanses and wish that I could know that a flush wouldnt put me back under the bridge.
