As far as I can determine :

1-if you are in the US buy it from an US supplier

2-if you are in Canada,buy it from a Canadian supplier

Due to regulatory laws to ship it in the US- very costly

3-Canada/US can ship to Europe

4-I got mine from the US- on the custom label it was indicated "pool cleaning kit"it which is technically correct I suppose

So there you have it..
