I think the only question is the actual diagnosis since IBS, IBD, Crohn's and Celiac are all bunched up into pretty much the same diagnoses.

IBD could be bacterioid fragilis from roundworms and Guardia or E.Hystolica
Celiac is mostly but not limited to biotoxins from L-Form bacteria aka Lyme
Strict Crohn's from paratb...

Unfortunately a lot of people are misdiagnosed and most likely have a mix of all the above.
