Hi, I am 7 weeks post-removal and yesterday got my first period. I was doing so well, but about a week ago I started getting worse again. Right now I am extremely tired, and my head is full of negative thoughts that I am trying to fight. I know this is temporary and because of the period, but I still feel crummy, both physically and emotionally. There is hope. We ARE in our way to recovery. Hang in there. Do something nice for yourself today, even if you don't feel like it.
