this is a terrible forum, this doc never shows up and quite frankly his answers are very stupid. I read in book 1 that you should not eat banana and watermelon due to the high glycymex index and the sugar but I still do. Where do I get the Dr Christopher newsletters? You are drinking distilled water where did you get your machine and the cost.
