That is amazing. This relative should know about fasting, and i will risk a negative reaction, although i don't think i will get one.

You just know, don't you, who will be receptive. Some family members, i know would hit the roof, especially the medically trained ones. I've had bad reactions and arguements in the past about self medicating etc. I have members of the family that if you have a cold or cough, say, you should go to the doctors. I think that is ridiculous. No wonder the GP's are overworked here. Anyway, i'd have to be dragged kicking and screaming to the doctors. Don't trust any of them.
