Lithum Oronate supplements are between 1/100 to 1/200 to the dose of pharmaceutical Lithum, so the dosage is very small. The brand I take is 120mg capsules (providing up to 4.8 mg of elemental Lithium). Recommended dosage is twice daily. It gives me mild chelation/mercury symptoms, so I'm convinced it is a brain chelator.

Taking Piracetam is a lot more fun. It makes you more able to focus. It is supposed to build your brain faster when taken with Lecithin.
