One little note that I've thought about since learning this information about parasites looking for food a few years back....

I've had many people tell me that they wake up for "no reason" between 1-3 AM; one person said that they been dealing with it for years. I didn't dare say anything to them about what I've learned but have wondered if they are being bothered parasites deep within the intestines.
