Hi.. My aunt suffers from an acquired brain injury, a condition called Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. She has some pretty complicated memory issues going on right now... and I'm trying to find some good advice on what I can do to help improve this.
I recently read this article on Naturalnews.com about Omega-3's & Alzheimers, and all of the benefits Omega-3's can have on preventing & delaying the effects of Alzheimers.... Since my aunt doesn't suffer from Alzheimers, but more alzheimer's symptoms (according to her neurosurgeon) do you think that introducing Omega-3's into her diet would help improve her memory?
If not, are there any other suggestions that anyone can pass down on what I can do to help improve her memory? Thank you, in advance!
