Hi... I was wondering if anyone has ever gone to any form of Adaptive Yoga classes? I read about it on this article from CNN. The article basically said that the disabled-community are starting to use these types of classes, and are seeing lots of benefits from the stretching, and that it can help improve balance issues.

I am the primary caregiver to my aunt, who suffered from an aqcuired brain injury a couple of years ago. She is back home and walking around, but her balance & memory isn't what it used to be. Can anyone confirm that these Adaptive Yoga classes will help her?
