Yeah, I tend to agree with gilda. If you are on thyroid med or something, going without it through this cleanse will not let you progress. I know it's against wanting to do it the natural way, but sometimes it's important to figure out which order to proceed in. Maybe removing the meds should come later. All your symptoms sound like hypothyroid to me, that alone can bring on candida, but I'm no doc. HTH
