Yeah I'd say not normal.. it sounds horrible what you're going through though. That stuff coming out could be a good sign but it sounds as if you are in a great deal of discomfort to say at the least!!! I will agree with sweetpepper though - I can't express how many more symptoms I've gotten since ceasing exercise.. it does help, even though it is hard to get started due to lack of energy!
