I hope I didn't do something stupid here. I like to experiment, so I mixed about 1/4 cup of raw cow colostrum along with raw whole milk into my grains. Has anyone else tried using colostrum in kefir? I haven't strained it and drank it yet. I thought that by doing this, I would get more strains of probiotic cultures.
