hey all! am new here and i think this support forum is really awesome! was reading through some of the previous threads and i AM motivated to start in 2days time! (shall prepare myself today n tomorrow1!)

just wondering, are iron supplements allowed during the water fast? coz i take them daily for my anaemia..

also, since im new, how many days would be recommended? as in, how many days would be safe for a first time fast-er?

im thinking of starting on 22nd april... anybody care to join me? we could motivate each other (think i;ll need plenty of that since im really quite a food lover!) hehe. actually ive got to admit the main reason im into this, coz i gained quite a few pounds over the past few month.. of course for the health benefits too since i feel pretty lethargic all the time.. anyway hope to lose 10-20 pounds :)
