I was hoping I'd get some good feedback on this subject,thanks!! I actually decided to give it a whirl. I am delightfully suprised so far. With water I usually feel horrible by day 2, headaches mood swings, the works. Today is day 2 of my dry fast and I feel great!! No I'll effects so far. Now, I'm not gonna kill over dead in 4 days am I? Haha
