Thanks guys. I did try the enzymes in the past ( I tried so many things). They seem to help alittle, and my stool didnt smell as nasty. However it gave me chest pains on the left side. I cant figure out why, and a friend suggested that maybe it was an allergic reaction.
As far as the starches, I suppose it can only help to thoroughly chew them for optimal digestion. All my life I over-ate and ate too fast. But since I started the low-carb diet, I lost my appetite and sleep less. This low carb has really changed my life!
