How's it going? I know how much it messes you up, bc I've been there too. Now, things are a lot better and thought I'd just say good luck, go easy on yourself, tell yourself you deserve and need good quality and nutritious food, your brain chemistry cannot function properly otherwise, and that just makes recovery harder. Yes, we are all responsible for ourselves now that we're adults, but our past does shape our future. I don't know if I would have had years of ED's if my past were very different, but what I do now is down to me. All the best.
