If I were so afflicted I'd be inclined to add 50,000 i.u. of secosteroid D3, as it activates over about 200 systems in the body, and if I were in Aleyska this time of year I'd probably be short on solar exposure. I'd also add zinc to myself in the form of two COLD-EZE(TM) lozenges. My dinner would be liver and onions with a side of either brussels sprouts or broccol.
