hello have read lots that some antidepessants are bad when you have adrenal fatigue! but anyone know any that arn' t that bad have tried john wort and 5ahp and would really like to be on antipressants as long as it was not making things worse.

other question finding it hard to eat carbohdrates particually Sugar potatoes and also alcohol does anyone else find this , i think its because i have candida but now wondering if its due to the adrenal fatique?
