Well I what I do is take brewers yeast in caronsine powder twice a day. The first drink Ill take two teaspoons of brewers yeast and 400-450mg of caronsine powder and do the same for the second drink.

Natalie88 just like what steh mentioned everybody is different in there own way. I may or may not have "severe" leaky gut but I do have candida thats for sure. Glutamine wasnt enough for me I suppose and earlier in the weeks I found out about this protocol in the excezma forum and thought why not give it a shot. Its not a cure all but thus far it has made a difference so Im sticking with it. The type of oil I take is Udo's oil and that I get online since I called almost every health food store in my area who doesnt sell it.
