Hi Shaun - I can certainly relate to a lot of what you shared about your experience s recovering from AF. I've been recovering from it for 14 years, and know how frustrating it can be.
I learned about a year ago that I developed a serious case of copper overload along with my AF. When I learned this, it explained why I wasn't recovering faster, and why I was still experiencing fatigue and depression. I've been taking zinc and other supplements to chelate the copper, and they've helped a lot.
You might want to read "Why am I Always so Tired" by Ann Louise Gittleman . It clearly explains the link between AF and copper toxicity. Also,
