Ketchup, I experienced MAJOR thrush within the hour of taking it. I started wheezing, itchy all over, slimey everywhere feeling. Plus my head became very dandruff ridden. It was awful. This was before I discovered about candida and I just wanted to up my b-vitamin health. In hind site, NOW I know what happened!
