Ok so I havent been on the forum for quite sometime. I have just been peaking around the forum but anyway, I here to announce my improvement in my gut. Thus far, Ive been on caronsine powder and brewers yeast with oil for two weeks and feel a great difference. My gut feels likes its cleansing from within and allowing for me to eat anything and still maintain a healthy digestion. Two weeks is still early to say that Im healed but I give it another month and I should be good to go. Im not sure if the caronsine or brewer yeast or both but something is working. I believe it could be the carnosine which are two awesome amino acids and has a major effect of enzymes and hcl as well as detoxification.

Brewers yeast I buy locally @ a health food store and carnsoine powder I order online. I wasnt into the pills even though they are cheaper but Ive read that liquid absorbs quicker in the body than pills.

Ill keep those wanting more information posted
