I've been on the Water Cure for a few days now and the addition of the salt (using redmond's real salt) seems to be causing me to retain water. Is this something that will eventually go away? Also, how long is one supposed to do the Water Cure ? I am not particularly fond of the taste of salt water but will gladly do it if it will help rehydrate my body better. Thanks
