You should absolutely throw out the lemonade that you made!!! You should make lemonade fresh everyday (ideally even more often). The live enzymes in the lemon juice die off quickly.

As for the motivation, for me, the best method has been to just jump into it without overthinking. Before you know it, you will realize that it is not as hard as you had thought. Good luck.
