Once you eliminate the problem foods, then you can focus on the underlying problem. In our son's case, we believe it is that his liver/stomach/digestive system was less developed. There are many things you can do to help heal that, which we are doing... but first, find the things that really cause problems. Look for deficiencies in your diet. My wife turned out to be Iodine deficient, vit C, calcium and other issues.
