Hi:

I'm no doctor but it does sound like the typical symptoms of schizophrenia -- fear that technology is being used to spy on her, paranoia that someone is out to kill her.

She really does need help if she is not already getting it. And if she has been prescribed medication, she needs to take it. Be a good friend and make sure she gets help. Don't let her be like this. It might get worst otherwise.
