Wait 7 days after you finish your Humaworm and then do the Liver flush that RG recommends. I do one right before I start my Humaworm and then when I finish my Humaworm, Rg has told us to wait 7 days because he said the Humaworm is still in our systems and he doesn't want us to flush it out. It is good to do a liver flush out after your Humaworm because it will help get out dead parasites along with Chaff and gullstones. Chaff looks like sand and it is crystalized cholestrol. My girlfriends cholestrol came down from 290 to 190 with three Humaworm cleanses and 5 liver flushes. Donna
