I have developed a bad case of toenail fungus on 5 of my toes.  I found some I just bought some information regarding yeast overgrowth here yeast overgrowth remedies and am currently trying out one of the remedies.  I wanted to know what is the best way to internally clean yeast out of my body that I can do since I'm breastfeeding.
