Listen to this, for the past month i havnt been able to talk without it seriously hurting. the reason is because of the amount of school work i had. then over the past three days i have had two exams, on those days they were so bad i couldnt open my mouth or smile or anything. my exams finished today and they are no longer inflammed red sore and i just talked on the phone for 4 hours without any problems.

Stress reduction is key.........
