Glad to hear you are improving. Just a question.. I already have frequent stools.. like 2 a day on avg..and I could easily make myself go like 4-5 times a day. Would this be adequate enough to clean the toxins out? Or do colonics etc get all that goo in there into one pile and clean you out? Thanks
