I still have my teeter inversion table. I haven't sold it yet, and so I've continued to use it with the gravity boots. Now, I'm starting to get use to the gravity boots, and they aren't bothering me as bad. I'm wondering now if I should just keep my teeter table. I really don't have the time anyway right now to be searching for a different table, and I definitely don't want to give up inverting. I don't mind being a little uncomfortable as long it's not hurting anything. But, besides the pull I feel on my ankles from the gravity boots, my feet feel like they are losing circulation and going to sleep almost immediately when I get to 60 degrees. Does anyone else experience that? Also sometimes my lower back aches a little right when I get off, but pretty much goes away in like a minute when I stand up and start walking. Anyone notice that?
Inverting definitely makes me feel better, helps my back, and relaxes me. I jump on a rebounder regularly too, and I've noticed that I can jump higher and for longer periods without my back starting to hurt since inverting. So overall, I'm very glad I've found this therapy. I just want to get these few concerns resolved in my head.
Thanks!
