hey bling!

my digestion hasn't been that great over the past 18 months or so either - i will definitely post during my refeeding about any improvements. because i broke my previous fasts early - and during healing crises, i actually experienced more digestive problems than i had before the fast - so i can't really tell how much healing occurred!

i'm currently on day 17 - the fasting doctor i consulted estimated 21 days but i think it might end up being a little bit longer. i am sooo not breaking it early this time! i will wait for the return of hunger.
