Hi!
I'm new to the concepts on this site but thought I'd try this video.
I wrote down all the tapping affirmations and have been doing them
for bout 3 days now. I'm developing symptoms of a cold and this has
me wondering...
Could this be a reaction?
Like resistance to let go
of long held beliefs?
Has anyone else found themselves resisting
and how did you deal with it?

I mean maybe I've just got a cold
and an over active imagination...
