Thanks for the links but I can't figure out the logic in this diet. Why is it that rice is not allowed while navy beans and split peas are allowed? All of these are carbs, and beans give lots of gas, is hard to digest and irritates the intestines, whereas rice does not.
Also, you cannot have milk but you can eat fruit as much as you want?
It implies that candida does not care for fructose, but loves lactose, does not like beans but love rice????!!!Where are the studies to back thiese claims?
