No reason you can't continue with enemas if you feel you need the extra cleansing for a few days. When peristalsis resumes you will go naturally and feel no need to help things along but meanwhile, better too clean than let debris hang out unnecessarily long.

I am having a yummy cleanse, did Strawberry Orange today, Carrot Green Apple Beet yesterday. My fridge looks like a still life!
