Yeah I am still around Mo123... and doing great! Lots of detox.

Anyway the warrior is supposed to be pretty much a vegetarian according to the book. Animal proteins are rare, and should be mostly fish. However it mentions that certain foods are good, where as others are not.

But after seeing the contradiction in the work regarding the genotype and bloodtype diets I have become a skeptic of these diets.
