Hello there,

I am a vegetarian and I decided to go on juice diet.This is my 3rd day and I am very bloated and pss gas after drinking my juice. My juices so far consisted of fruits : banana, apple juice, oringe juice, strawberries. I had some tomato soup and I got gas right after eating it.
Is this normal?
