I agree 100%. Why they even waste our time with this type of garbage is beyond me. Its not like they found hey drinking 8+ glasses messes up electrolytes or anything. Anyone striving for 8 glasses is also probably doing other beneficial things and to discourage this benign act is just plain stupid.
