Hi I just read your problem well i have been sleeping in a seperate room for yours and still have a sex life when we have had sex i go back into the other room. I choose to sleep in other room as I would get up to the children and when you go back to bed you wake your partner and then they are grumpy the next day I get a good night sleep and so does he sometimes i my sleep one night like on the weekend and as he works during the week i let him get his sleep. So dont feel bad about sleeping in a seprate room.
