Your experienced words provide comfort. My husband's doctor wanted him to start prednisone (steroids) but we wanted to see if the recovery happens with vitamin E enema along with Asacol then we will avoid that. From yestreday we are trying to stick to the very tried vegetables and chicken/fish (salmon and talapia) so we do not have issues with any new items at least for two weeks. We will keep an eye on the physical exertion too. Thanks!!
