I have fasted and used oxypowder. I have also used ES. Just my opinion I guess, but I can tell a difference. ES dehydrates me, oxy does not. The other thing to consider is the purity of ES. Is it pure? Not likely. I do think oxypowder liquifies the "food", but I have been muscle tested and it also liquifies the MP. Im one who swears by oxy.
