they are very different. The magnesium in collosan is oxygenated and dissolves mucoid plaque. Epsom salts in high doses, enough to make you have the runs, is just an overdose on magnesium and draws water from the intestinal walls. You may want to do a search on oxypowder to learn more of the difference.
