I TOTALLY get it. I remember laughing for the first time in a Very Long Time at the Domino's commercial, "Smell, the pizza (nose, real big) Look at the cheese (eyes real big)" totally stupid commercial, but I was like "what was that sound?" after I laughed out loud. I remember the clarity and the feeling of laughter that I hadn't had in a long time.

So I totally get it.
