Cayenne powder will work for any area that is bleeding, (where it is not supposed to).
Have you seen the video of the emergency nurse that used cayenne on one of her neighbors? ((he/she threw up a bit but it was because of the amount of blod clots the body was making, but it did the trick))

Does not matter where the bleeding is, it will stop, even if that means blot clots in the stomach. Cayenne helps to get those platelets in the blood get working better.
