There have been trials where people have taken up to 2000mg per day. I would still be careful though as with anything. I read some things that say 300mg per day, some say 800mg per day. The ones I'm getting are 500mg capsules which are standardized to provide 100mg of elemental Phosphatidylserine per pill.
