Your question: my goal with the colema is to clean the colon and an anything else that could be cleansed/detox simultaneously as i make intentioned steps to cleanse, detox, and optimize my body PH.

but what of the H202? does it have a value in my goal set? is it safe to combine it and ACV in the enema water.

Answer: The Colon responds and gives a Flush, when it becomes Acidic !

Peroxide is Alkaline because of the extra Oxygen !

ACV is Acidic, plus it may contain Alkaline Minerals, if it is Pure Apple Cider Vinegar?
