Your question: i am doing a colema tonight and wondering what you recommendation putting in the 5 gallons of purified water i'll use. in the past i have only added 16oz of 12% H202?

Answer: If you want the Enema to Clean out your Colon, then just add some ACV to the warm water you put into the Enema bag !

The more ACV that is added Causes one to need to spill it faster, so you will need to learn how much ACV to add to work Best for you?

Maybe start out adding a couple of OZ of ACV to the Enema water and increase as needed?
