Research shows that 800mg a day of elemental Phosphatidylserine is the optimal dosage to correct cortisol imbalance in the brain and the body.

I ordered a bottle of 1000mg tabs which have 200mg of the elemental form. So 2 twice a day will do it. I take melatonin alot to get to sleep. I'm going to try to take some every night for a while.

You should try to up your dose a bit.
